Non Crossed - Linked Seals (EPE) EPE-300 HR07

EPE-300 HR07 FOAMY SEAL is a high quality closed cell extruded foam wadding material which gives an effective cushioning seal for bottles and caps by providing an excellent leak proof performance.  It is made from non-toxic food grade low density polyethylene (LDPE) thru physical foaming process.  All ingredients used in EPE-300 HR07 FOAMY SEAL are approved for unrestricted food contact in the levels used and conform to US FDA CFR Title 21 section 177.1520.

Due to its excellent waterproof, mould resistant, dimensionally stable, and acids, bases, alcohols resistant properties, EPE-300 HR07 FOAMY SEAL is used for non-aggressive applications in cosmetics, petrochemical, dairy products, beverages, foods or pharmaceutical industries.

EPE Seals is available as die-cut liners packed loosely or stacked in a poly bag or sleeve.  Alternatively, EPE Seals can also be supplied in rolls wound on 76mm cores slitted to client requested width within 550mm and different thicknesses.
