Peelable Liners for PE Bottles I-101-E

I-101-E 130 is a high quality one-piece peelable induction seal liner mainly used for PE bottle closures.  I-101-E 130 is designed to form a hermetic, peelable, and tamper evident seal by providing an excellent leak proof performance and reducing pilferage. I-101-E’s MVTR and OTR figures are essentially zero; therefore, allows longer product shelf life and maintains product freshness for consumers.

I-101-E 130 is used for non-aggressive applications in cosmetics, petrochemical, dairy products, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.  Clients should test thoroughly on their production line prior to mass production.  All ingredients used in I-101-E 130 are approved for unrestricted food contact in the levels used and conform to US FDA CFR Title 21 section 177.1520.

I-101-E 130 is primarily supplied in rolls wound on 76mm cores with standard length of 450 meters and slitted to the requested width.  Customized structures and thicknesses are also available upon request.  I-101-E 130 is also available printed or unprinted as a die-cut liners (with or without tabs) packed in a plastic bag.
