Tamper-Evident Liners for PE Bottles I-202-E 065

I-202-E 065 is a high quality two-piece non-peelable induction seal liner used mainly for PE bottle closures.  I-202-E 065 is designed to form a hermetic and tamper evident seal by providing anexcellent leak proof performance. I-202-E 065’s MVTR and OTR figures are essentially zero; and thus application of I-202-E can increase product shelf life for consumers and maintain productfreshness and reduce pilferage.

I-202-E 065 is used for applications in cosmetics, petrochemical, dairy, food & beverage, agrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries.  Clients should test I-202-E thoroughly on the production lineprior to mass production usage.  Like every closure liner, I-202-E 065 should be tested in regard to its suitability to each filling line, storage conditions of the filled bottles, and temperature range, etc… Test should be done for the estimated period of the product shelf life on the effects of content’s acidity or possible corrosion, etc…

I-202-E 065 is primarily supplied in rolls wound on 76mm cores with standard length of 450 meters and slitted to the requested width.  Customized structures and thicknesses are also available upon request.  I-202-E 65 is also available printed or unprinted as a die-cut liners packed in a plastic bag loosely or stacked.
