Tape Carrier Films/Substrates TPRF FILM

TPRF FILM is a high quality blown film closed cell foamed layer material suitable for application as carrier films or substrates in electronic tapes or RFID industries for its excellent di-electric constant property.  It is made from non-toxic food grade low density polyethylene (LDPE) resins thru heat foaming process.  All ingredients used in TPRF FILM conform to RoHS.  Brightening agent has not been used as part of the ingredient formula.

Due to its excellent waterproof, mold resistant, dimension stability, and acids, bases, alcohols resistant properties, TPRF FILM is used for non-aggressive applications in adhesive tapes, RFID tags, and cable wiring industries.  TPRF FILM can be laminated on both sides of the surface.

TPRF FILM is also available in its co-extruded form where PE resins are co-extruded along the two sides of the core foaming structure to provide a smoother surface.
